dougincalvert | It's even a stretch to say that the rusty ring on the gate is macro. Macro means VERY close up photo. While "close up" can be debated and may vary according to opinion, all agree that macro doesn't mean a distant building as the main subject in the photo. |

dougincalvert | I don't know how you can become a NEW member on April 12 and immediately the next day have the 1st Place photo, and not even a MACRO photo in a Macro photo competition. Maybe Nucio brought along half of Spain's population as new voters when he signed up! Or maybe Competico is having a miscalculation counting the votes accurately. The votes that each entry gets should be made public immediately as the voting is cast. |
